DRUG VIOLATION
Danielle Giovanazzi (31) was arrested and remanded to the Mesa County Jail for possession of
more than 225 grams of a schedule I/II substance with intent to distribute, possession of
schedule I/II substance, criminal impersonation, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Michael
Garner (40) was also arrested for possession of more than 225 grams of a schedule I/II
substance with intent to distribute, possession of schedule I/II substance, possession of drug
paraphernalia, driving with a revoked license, driving an uninsured vehicle, a signal violation,
and possession of an illegal weapon. This incident took place in the 2800 block of North Avenue.
