Benjamin Braden, 48, was arrested in the 2700 block of S Hwy 50 on the following charges: 1st
Degree Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft for being in Possession of a Stolen Vehicle for more
than 24 hours, Possession of less than 4 grams of a schedule I/II controlled Substance,
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Driver’s
License. He was remanded to the custody of the Mesa County Jail.
