ASSAULT
Matthew Perez (25) was arrested at 715 Horizon Drive and remanded to the Mesa County Jail
after he assaulted two peace officers causing bodily injury, shoving two other individuals
causing annoyance, using physical force to prevent his arrest, using physical barriers to hinder
law enforcement, and for remaining on the premises of another unlawfully.
Jaiden Kennedy, 22, was arrested and released on a summons for obstructing an officer at 715
Horizon Dr.
