Lynette Montano (21 YOA) was arrested (released on summons) for possession of a schedule
I/II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
William Barr (56 YOA) was arrested (jailed) on several outstanding arrest warrants, displaying a
fictitious license plate, driving on a canceled/denied license, possession of a schedule I/II
controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both arrests occurred on Interstate 70 near Mile Marker 35.
