Randy Barrow, 52, and Derrick Hamn, 30, were both arrested and released on a summons after
an investigation revealed Barrow gave a false name, was in possession of suspected
methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and Hamn was found in possession of drug
paraphernalia. This occurred in the 2800 block of North Ave.
