Offender with Intent to distribute within 1000 ft from a school, unlawful possession of drug
paraphernalia, unlawful possession of >4 grams of a sch I/II controlled substance, and
possession with intent to distribute of <half an ounce of a sch I/II controlled substance. Yoder
also had an active misdemeanor warrant for his arrest. Yoder was booked into the Mesa County
Jail.
