Kyle Smith, 37, and a known female illegally entered and damaged a structure in the 1200 block
of Bunting Ave with a fire, both were found to be in possession of numerous stolen items
including credit cards, driver's licenses, SSN cards and other identification related information
from multiple victims. Smith was booked into Mesa County Jail for these charges as well as
introducing contraband. The case remains open for investigation.
