evidence of insurance, drove vehicle while license revoked, unlawful possession of controlled
substance less than 4 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia, when he was contacted in
the 2800 block of North Avenue.
Sarah Jarvis, age 38, was arrested and jailed for an outstanding warrant and criminal
impersonation when she was contacted in the 2800 block of North Avenue.
