Scott Roahrig [40] was arrested and jailed after being contacted in the area of N 5th Street and
Hall Ave for traffic violations. Further investigation revealed probable cause that Roahrig was
operating a vehicle while under the influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs. He assaulted police
officers and resisted arrest, he also had a warrant for his arrest for a prior DUI and other
charges with a bond of $7500.
