WEAPONS VIOLATION
Beau Deaver (29) was contacted in the 1300 block of Poplar Drive reference a stolen motor
vehicle. After an investigation, Beau was arrested and booked into the Mesa County Jail on the
following charges: first degree aggravated motor vehicle theft, child abuse no injury acting
knowingly/recklessly, possession of a weapon by a previous offender, possession with intent to
distribute over 4 grams of a schedule I/II controlled substance, special offender, and extraction
of marijuana concentrate.
