On 08-10-23 at approximately 1050 hours, Deputies were called to division 2 of the Mesa County
Justice Center for a report of a wanted person. Michael Armstrong, 54, was present in the court
room. The Honorale Judge Raaum ordered Armstrong be remanded to the custody of the
Sheriff's Office on a Failure to appear Warrant. Armstrong was taken into custody and booked
into the Mesa County Detention Facility without Incident.
